As you already know our Pig Roast is rescheduled for August 23. This year we were going to have it prepared by Smokin Dudes and we will need a few people to set up and serve it. We are also planning on having a DJ for entertainment.

After calling them we found that we need to know right away if we are going to have it or not. The sign up sheet is in the clubhouse but if you can respond to the email it would help us make a decision.  As  said at the meeting we need at least 50 people in order to have the party.  What I would like to know is if you are planning to attend and how many are going to attend so we can make the decision by Friday evening.
